Love Without Boundaries Foundation is a registered NGO (non-government organization) in India but operates under the board of directors and fincial leadership of Love Without Boundaries, a registered 501c3 in the US (www.lwbkids.org).  

TERMS:

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” all refer to the collective organzation of Love Without Boundaries internationally.

The term "orphanage" collectively refers to Specialized Adoption Agencies (SAAs) and Child Care Instituations (CCIs).

USE OF CONTENT:

Love Without Boundaries is trademarked.  All logos, photos, names, headings are owned by LWB or our partners and may not be used without receiving written permission.

You may not modify, sell, or use any of the content from our website in any public or commercial way without first receiving written permission.

CONDITONS:

In order to ensure that our donor's trust remains in tact, we take extensive steps to ensure that any partner organization we work with agrees to our standards of operation.  Below is a list of these expecations.  They may vary sligthly depending on the project size in question.

We appreciate the generosity and support of our donors. Please note that we do not offer any refunds for any payments made by the donors. All contributions are final and non-refundable.
